Gemini UPVC adds Stellar Aluminium to its portfolio

Gemini UPVC has signed a three-year supply agreement with Epwin Window Systems to manufacture the multi-award-winning Stellar Aluminium Window and Door System.

Michael Griffiths, Managing Director at Gemini UPVC, said: “We chose Stellar because we wanted to align with a systems company that offered a compelling aluminium offer and Stellar ticked all the boxes. As an added internal advantage, Stellar uses the same software, Evolution from Business Micros, that we use for our PVC-U fabrication and costings, which has been a huge benefit.”

The seamless integration of adding Stellar to his fabrication setup is just the start of the benefits that Michael sees. He also highlights the system’s outstanding aesthetics and ease of installation. He comments: “I’m looking forward to showcasing the Stellar Flush Window and Residential Door with our customers. I also sense the pre-gasketed Slimline Bifold Door is going to be a big hit with our bifold customers too.”

Gemini UPVC’s team had a week-long training session with a Stellar engineer to bed the system into their fabrication setup. The first order to leave the factory was for 60 Flush Windows, four Flush Residential Doors and ten sets of Slimline Bifold Doors, immediately demonstrating the market appeal for the aluminium system.
