Stellar manufacturing
Our operation has the capacity to produce 4.7 million metres of Stellar products per annum. We have installed a state-of-the-art powder coating plant which is fully automated and uses the latest, environmentally friendly, chrome-free technology. Our thermal break clipping line uses advanced CNC control and has exclusive rights to the gasket insertion system.
Every input is sourced from the most trusted suppliers and our quality testing lab is equipped with the latest technology. Finally, at despatch, products are individually packaged for protection and delivered by a dedicated fleet.
